Our CSC founding service “Turnkey CSC” and “Turnkey CSC Plus”
The service includes the following services in the basic version:
- Basic general advice
- Preparation and drafting of the founding protocol
- Namely adaptation of the proposed statutes of the CSC umbrella organization
- Preparation of notary appointment (dating & document check)
- Product (lamps, fertilizer, etc.) basic advice
- Basic room advice
- Application for police clearance certificate and extract from the trade register for a maximum of 3 people (preparation of written documents)
- Submission of the cultivation application according to the client’s specifications
- Provision of all necessary experts and services
For the basic version, we charge only 4760 euros incl. 19% VAT until July 31, 2024, afterwards 5474 euros incl. VAT for an average workload of 30 hours.
There are fees for the notary, additional certificates of good conduct and the cultivation application amounting to approximately 500 euros.
The Plus Service also includes the following services:
- Accompaniment to the founding meeting
- Accompaniment to the notary appointment
- Preparation of a basic business plan
For the Plus Service, we charge an average workload of a further 20 hours as well as travel expenses at a price of 4165 euros incl. VAT.
The statute service also includes the creation of individualized statutes by our lawyer Matthias Schillo for a price of 3570 euros incl. VAT as an upgrade to the basic or plus service, or 4165 euros incl. VAT as an individual service.
